I think our brains have a lot to adjust to, which we were not prepared for, or rather, didn't have the tools to deal with.

I hadn't considered unfortunate as an alternative to the epithet CNN (Dana Bash around 4 mins) used to describe the 1st Presidential debate. Hey @Alien AspieA very late morning for me, showing 6.2 on the scale. My aim today is to step back and chill out as I spent too much time in the early hours of the morning getting frustrated by things I can't change.

Something is not well in the state of Denmark...
I really don't know, but I was in total panic mode yesterday, brain refused to function properly.
I am clearing a table in my front room today, to plan with military precision for Monday. This includes keeping me in Flintshire until the last possible minute, thus avoiding main dual carriageway roads and England, and entering Wrexham at the last possible minute, preparing all the stuff I need for the appointment as requested on their list, and much more.
That's an idea...I will have the department's number to give to the police if needed, and more stuff. I am back in control. I was not in control yesterday. I flipped totally, firing off emails to friends which did not make sense to them...
Back in total control today, or at least as much in control as it is for any human being to be. It's all an illusion anyway.
Any more ideas, like phone number of hospital for police is welcome...even silly ideas. I will read them all.

lauren in some dark humour always sees crows as the spirit of her mum, looking over us.
Neither of us au fait with bird breeds, but we see many large dark crow like birds
whenever we are away.
at first it bothered me she thought like that, but now i quite like she has that idea in her head.
perhaps yours too, are there offering support,
and not the harbingers of bad news ?
as to ravens.

tempo ok.
lauren again not too good yesterday,
more age related then anything, but still i worry.

stolen pets conundrum today.
Have surrogate doggie son as lady has gone away for a weeks hols.
so drop off Lauren to work.. after she walked the dog,
came home with dog (Frankie)...
and find Marley sitting on our doorstep.
so it was like a brian rix farce,
with me shutting dog in the front room, while i smuggled the cat into the toilet
released the dog to satisfy his need to sniff everything,
then popped him back into room,
released the cat to sniff everything, and fed him
then popped cat in bedroom to sit and sleep,
then dog back out, to sniff everything one more time,...
then dog out for a longish walk.
so my day sorted.
dull and overcast here, hope rain stays off.
expecting bad weather tomorrow, though
Hi!i was happy with a 6.1 this morning, i had a bit of a wobble at weekend. feels like everytime i have a bad day or make a bad choice my bloods go higher for 2/3 days and its so frustrating.

PS Sometimes I go out in my garden and castrate a bush (can be very satisfying with things you cannot change...but bush always grows again even better...)
Or how about doing some topiary in her ladyship's garden...I could have fun with that one...
