Thanks @geefull for the painting compliment...

Another great painting from you, a landscape to explore in...

Thank you for that link.
Passed on to lads, a most worthy read

In the light of that, let me add this for interest if nothing else.

https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/70/wr/mm7004e2.htm?s_cid=mm7004e2_w

NFL in depth data of players/teams interactions re covid infections.

Silly but while it had occurred to me that sn enclosed society would be a great place to monitor & test out covid protocols etc, I'd totally over looked the fact, sports reliant on playing, would have and SPEND the funds to operate this at the highest levels

Bottom line
it's airborne.
Players competently monitored contracted / infected without spending any recordable time with others or within 6ft of possible contact

Perhaps such sporting gods, might be a useful tool, certainly US side to convince a few more to mask up in enclosed spaces.

Good Morning and 6 for me today, again higher than I expected after an evening meal of sea bass baked with garlic, Italian herbs, parsley and wine and no large amount of carbs, that's life.

Bright day good sunrise here, some business Microsoft Teams Calls this morning with MILs Care Home.

Keep safe.

Hi all,
Another wet grass day in Cumbria with temperature down on the edge of the Solway plain at 4 deg C and not much more for the next two days until it turns colder.
So I see all the snow is now falling in the high Pennines.
When I think of the Pennines I think of the Alston to Penrith road that goes up to nearly 2000 feet. The bends would be fantastic on a motorbike as you come down towards Penrith.
In the old long wheel based BBC land rover and having to double declutch all the time, it sorted the men from the boys going up and down.
Shame some moron torched the cafe at the top with one the best views in the UK.
I always had an additional hazard going over the top because I would be looking out for Merlins and Red Grouse.
D.

Morning all on Fruit Salad and Bearded Wonder Fursday. No Swipey and no Stabbo today. I hummed and hawed about continuing with Swipey before ordering more yesterday afternoon. I have plenty of strips and 2 meters but decided against using them. That is the fruit salad part. Swipey, Stabbo, A1c all different and don't really correlate for me anyhow (apples, pears, mangos and all points east.) To keep it simple I'll use the averages provided by Swipey and at some stage have my A1c to see where they lead. Bearded Wonder ? (TMS stato legend) Stabbo wouldn't tell me much really. How often on a Wednesday in Feb would I have eaten a venison and mushroom casserole atop salad, before 30 mins exbike, 2 days before a flexible cystoscopy while self isolating, doing exactly the same steps etc, etc? Great news about the vaccination @Krystyna23040. Glad you enjoyed the link @jjraak - I'll read your link later; everyone else seems to like the Beech Tree Avenue @Muddy Cyclist and that journey in the BBC Landy sounds exhilarating @lindisfel. Pip Pip old toots.

5.7 this morning. Frosty and sunny. Was really pleasant out because it wasn't windy and the mud in the park was fairly frozen and not so squelchy.

Must read Tuesday's 'i' before all the news in it is completely out of date. Am trying to put off doing the bank reconciliation for January. I do hate doing admin.
