Yes, I do agree with you. Exercise is key. My blood sugars are always so much better when I don't spend hours sitting in front of the computer. For all it matters, my money is on the exercise and mood as a key component in bg management once a sensible carb intake has been achieved. Necessary but not sufficient and just because lc may help it doesn't follow that ultra lc is even better.
What about Montezuma 100% chocolate? Oh no - I have just remembered you don't like Montezuma chocolate. Actually, Mr K doesn't either. He says it is tasteless.astes vary but I'd be delighted to find 4 or 5 things lc I view as treats just now,
I will try to teleport my AH neighbour to you @alf_Josiah and maybe he will wield his chainsaw on your hedge....I need to teleport that that AH neighbour anywhere but here...Good happy national bin day Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen.
Sorry to start my post on a negative note or notes. Absolute disaster darlings, disaster, overslept again then a 4.8 on that grrrrrr meter, a very busy Morening climbing step ladders, chain saw, hedge trimmers and loping shears. My steam driven sliderule came out, teabag reading mug, finger held up into the wind all to calculate my insulin dose. In the end nothing could agree so I just guessed a dose.
This afternoon I shall be continuing with the afore mentioned task but with the addition of a shredder, why Mrs J can't just vapourise the debris with her kill at a glance chip me and me's will never know.
Well fellow posters, painters and gamers good luck with all your endeavours, but garden tasks await, I wonder if my neighbour will mind me butchering the hedge between us, I'm only decreasing it's height by 2 to 3 feet.
Now I must go and .......
Thank you.good evening all
4.2 today
shopping day today so off out early then dropped off mum's share of the goodies and did a bit of mowing since it was dry and sunny
Back home it was 'smelly' bin day today and although it was a bank holiday on Monday today was still the day
But lo a mystery has occured today, When we got back from mum's the 'scavvy wagon' was just heading our way down the main street of the village so we came inside brewed tea put shopping away...
about half an hour later there was a knock on the door and it was one of our neighbours from up the small road behind us searching for her bin which has gone missing. Ours was standing where they always leave it, the other neighbours bins were standing where they always leave them but hers is gone completely
Perhaps the bin men damaged it accidentally and took it away, can't imagine where it can have gone otherwise, there are only 4 houses up there
Hope your day is treating you well
@lindisfel - hope you manage to get things fixed
@dunelm - interesting texture in your zoom sketch, it's turned out well and the texture in that tree bark is lovely, I think the pink you've added has really made it 'pop' too
@gennepher - today's snapseed is an interesting experiment, the colour is pleasing and the texture of the glass is very fluid like reflected light on water
art bit - limited palette painted on Bockingford paper.

Thank you @geefull and hope that the mystery of the missing bin gets solved - sounds like an episode from Tintin but perhaps give John Nettles a call. I am looking at all the wonderful detail in this splendid limited palette painting of yours. Smashing, did you do some wet on dry?good evening all

Your picture is really spooky today. It looks like an alien from outer space. Perhaps the alien could scare away your AH neighbour.Fbg 6.7
This is what a full trug of red apples looked like when I extracted it from Snapseed....
Now I am about to do my morning War Dance that is supposed to get rid of troublesome neighbours, especially AH neighbour.
With what horrendous noise came from his garden yesterday, I am apprehensively awaiting a battle of neighbours....it's going to happen soon...
I told a friend and she was shocked what I related to her.
I only put my sound processor on twice later during the day to see if the noise had stopped, then I can wear it for a couple hours and listen to the birds...

Thanks for the photo complimentYour picture is really spooky today. It looks like an alien from outer space. Perhaps the alien could scare away your AH neighbour.
Excellent taste Mr K just look at his taste in gels. These are all good, we have (most of) the ingredients* but precise quantities are difficult to calculate. I can deal with Waitrose 1 darkest choc and some imported Keto choc from Dr Almond (loved their Advent calendar) but they are more keto than protein or fibre dominant. Maybe compromise for the greater good? Oh, just seen the new bars from the Fatt guys - is it light at the end of this tunnel or the 8.15 express? Enjoy your return to work. What about Montezuma 100% chocolate? Oh no - I have just remembered you don't like Montezuma chocolate. Actually, Mr K doesn't either. He says it is tasteless.
A3 sized painting!Good morning everyone from a reasonable waking time of 0645 here in the dark and dangerous north
The wonder wheel of what the Heck sausages with eggs and mushrooms came in at 5.2 this am
Mrs Miggins’ car back from service with tales of woe regarding breaks and tyres - oh dear, sounds like a bill as big as a pelican. We have a wedding to attend in a couple of weeks - a niece. I thought that I might do a painting, probably A3 size. So, out with The Chinese Calligraphy Bible to see what characters will go down the side - not very practiced with these sort of things so a challenge for me over the coming days. Why did that idea pop into my head? What’s wrong with a teapot or something useful like napkin rings or knife rests.
Art bit - a minimalist representation of a tree with rocks finished with a few Ax Cut strokes in the tree. Hope you all have a good day and may your dentures always be fixed and bright. Time for a koffy.

Take care @ianpspursMIL may pull through. Consultant says no more driving Mrs O but she still thinks she could have gone to Wales this weekendGreek vibe today after reading this. We liked Crete, they like Brits. Naturally, I danced like this. Now I need to clear up the kitchen floor and buy some plates - very odd day.
