5.5 this morning. Really frosty dog walk. Just finishing coffee then off to Norwich to warm up the hall before classes start. Mr K is defrosting my car so I will have a lovely warm car for my journey to Norwich.
All very splendid. Norwich will be buzzing after another win: On the ball City/The Canary song. Mr K is a keeper - definitely needs a kerwalitee sausage roll on the morrow.

Good morning everyone,

7am fbg was 5.1
Had a bit of a sleep in as it's another wet day today :(
Hope everyone has a great Sunday. I'll be at home as it's raining. Was hoping to go out to the city and harbour today but looks like we'll leave that for another weekend.
Have a great day everyone:)

Morning all.

New neighbours seem to be finishing their house building works. Skip is full and all was quiet yesterday. Hope they have their new boiler fired up, as I'm "end of terrace" and we share a party wall. I'll tolerate occasional noise for nil heat loss to my North flank.

FBG 7.2 mmo/lt at 0630, coming down? Must not tempt the Fates. It's a long game.

Have a great day.

Morning all. @gennepher thank you for sharing your creative - a tad too blue for me on a day when I fear Blue is the colour will haunt me.:arghh: @Jojo85 great fbg and I hope you get the opportunity to take the harbour walk. @Krystyna23040 the weather for Dereham/Swaffham/Cromer looks set fair so enjoy your walk, coffee and most importantly sausage roll. Best and worst day of the week here. Family meal with 4 generations, Sunday roast (pork, I'm ok with shoulder and belly) is good for all except my 5 month old grandson and me in many ways. An LC Sunday roast is like a tribute band I know can never pull off Dancing Queen. The added downer is that bg will not please me at +2 hrs (never outside "the guidelines) or I use wine to "cheat." Monday's fbg and Tuesday morning's weight are also usually "sacrificed" IMHO. Have some 10 CC. Do indulge in as much meedja as humanly possible - science has "proved" it is the elixir of life:angelic:

5.2 this morning. We are off to Gooderstone Water Gardens today - hopefully they won't be Gooderstone Underwater Gardens after all the rain we had in December. Sadly cafe isn't open during the winter.

Oh dear @ianpspurs

I popped my blue digital painting above in curves in Snapseed to see if I could change the colour just for you.
It came up with candy pink...ugh no..
Or this yellow green effect...
Is this any better for you...

Good morning everyone on a bit of a late start here in the dark and dangerous north. First negative test result on day 10 - I need to trade my immune system in for a more upmarket one that has all the optional extras included. Mrs Miggins has now completed the task of filling a builders skip over two days and has gone to pick up the girl in the bubble so that her parents can skedaddle over to York for a couple of days. The 10am local train goes to Manchester airport and stops in York so no need to change trains. New Highway Code rules come into force on 29 Jan and include such things as giving way to pedestrians who are going straight on at junctions and opening your door using furthest hand to force you to look over your shoulder (as long as you have a furthest hand - mine is in Torquey on holiday): https://www.gov.uk/government/consu...ion-proposals-on-a-review-of-the-highway-code
I thought a bit of a change was in order. Still starting out with some sprayed lines and then try for some scenery. Hope you all have a pleasant valley Sunday. I shall make some mid morning koffy.

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and who wonder what today will bring.

A 6.7 again this morning, insulin dose adjusted, injected and now typing this as I eat my breakfast washed down with the help of tea, panic not koffy is soon to follow, then a host of medications, such is life, if full of care, we have no time, to stand and stare. Hmmm me and me’s wonder where that came from and their it was gone.
The grandchildren grandad sat me last night till Mrs J sent them to bed, such cruelty….my granddaughter calls me and me’s weird, so after they went to bed I watched Terry Pratchett’s Wyrd Sisters a merry romp loosely based on MacBeth.
My day has fully started Mrs J is up and about now, issuing telling off’s ahh bless her, she ordered an industrial quantity of “ telling off’s “ the other day, if you ladies would like the address don’t bother asking me….
Slurp ahh koffy now, must go, medication to injest and other peoples to annoy.
Stay safe, stay apart, stay away from the media and live life to the full :) .

Thank you for the attached art and the information on new highway code. I'm pretty sure modern cars do all the "looking around" and proximity sensing I need but every little helps:angelic:. Next generation will surely feature AI opening windows etc. Good news on the negative test result - that doesn't look right however many times I tell myself it is. Pleasant Valley Sunday - Chuneage, Sir, Chuneage. Very Gerald Harper. Capital Radio Sundayish. "Back in the day" he was a gentle way to enjoy R and R from Saturday's sport then socialising with the oppo and team mates, including the odd Crème de Menthe frappe:D
