What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

such professionalism and care shown by watching the videos several times.
Thank you @ianpspurs. Actually it really does help me to write the exercise sheets and to fix the exercise into my head. It is so much harder when I attend training in London because you only get one chance to get the exercise written down and I am sure I miss a lot. It is lovely to do it at my leisure.

Hi @jjraak

The only editing I have done so far was on YouTube many years ago from Videos downloaded from my little Fuji camera (long gone by the wayside). And YouTube then had a separate editing facility for stuff to download to You Tube,

So no I don’t know about videos on the iPhone. I have never taken any on this iPhone, so I know nothing about it on the iPhone. So, I was not aware you could edit a video as well as photos.

So, you are not pointing out the obvious!. The obvious is never the obvious until someone has explained it to you. I’ll check that out.

(Your VLC link did not work for me. Could you check it out please and re post. I have no idea what that is..) HANG ON, IT IS WORKING ON A DIFFERENT DEVICE! GOT IT OPEN NOW!

I don’t want to pay more, free usually does it for me...in most things!

Thanks for your input...
I am very impressed with your tech skills. I must admit that at the first hint of a problem I contact the Tech Firm in Kings Lynn who look after my computers. It is paid for through my little limited company so is a business expense.
What I do find really funny is that I will do something really really stupid, contact the Tech people and they will say 'don't worry we can sort it. We have done exactly the same ourselves'. It is really nice of them to say that but I know that these young tech savvy technicians have never done anything as stupid as I have just done.

Of course they have made those mistakes in a past lifetime. That is how they learnt in the first place @Krystyna23040

But it is really nice of them to admit it

I presume they sort your computers remotely. And the cursor moves on the screen all by itself!

A friend from the States 12 years ago did this to repair my mistakes. I only knew her online. She turned out to be a good friend!

Thank you @gennepher - I hadn't thought of it like that. Of course they haven't always been highly trained tech experts. Yes, they do it remotely- it is so weird the way the curser whizzes around the screen.

Own up, which clownshoe stole summer :bigtears:? Why would you do such a thing, you enemy of the people? Barbeque yesterday was a pleasant event but needed a summer weight top. I ate a small piece of belly pork but I was rather taken with courgette, pepper, halloumi and chorizo kebabs. There was plenty of salad and grandchildren so all was good. I swerved the barbequed bananas with a wide selection of fillings. Do eat today @gennepher even if working out how to edit and upload videos as you want takes some time. Thanks for the video you have shared and the creative. @dunelm I eagerly await the denouement to #latestartgate. Those dolls need nappies, baby wipes, cream, babygrows and so much more if they are related to the Suffolk versions. @Krystyna23040 such professionalism and care shown by watching the videos several times. @alf_Josiah I have a complaint (lyrics). Tip run with No 1 son done, Nos 5 and 7 grandchildren today then No 2 son, wife and two girls arrive tomorrow. Far less childcare after September as two have found pre-schools/nursery and child minders near their new home in Cambs. Have a great, safe, well hydrated day however many layers one now needs on this (Lesser) festival for John Bunyan.
Yes it’s all go for grandparents but calendar slots become available from next week. I do like the sound of those kebabs and would also have given barbecued bananas a big swerve. Dolls dressing up clothes box found in garage so all is well.

Good morning everyone from a very damp start here in the dark and dangerous north. And yes, @ianpspurs, who had the audacity to nick the summer? It’s quiet so far here. The ninky nonks and Little Miss Pamplemouse are still sleeping as is Mrs Miggins. I am led to believe that the day will be less damp by 9am and if so we are going on an explore through the woods and into town. Later, we are planning to paint some pine cones - part of the ‘collection’ acquired during the weekend. We have acrylic paints so we will need to be careful and already there is a covering on the dining room table. I will be getting out the household vinegar and rags for cleaning up. Art today - a bit of definition to yesterdays outline. I will finish this part tomorrow. Have a wonderful Wednesday if you can. I can hear small noises from upstairs so am going to try and make koffy before the breakfast rush.

been awake reading in bed for an hour. Yesterday DP continued until lunch time so today starting with coffee and live full fat yoghurt.
Visitors expected soon as is a big change in the weather. I know we need the rain, but I have just got comfortable with wearing shorts for the first time in my life and am loathe to go back to covering up.
Thanks to @alf_Josiah for enccouragement

You have no idea what I think of these blinking trails cams now... 600 videos from the night before last from the small screen trail cam. Blinking heck. That was my day sorted out for me yesterday.

But it was riveting. Absolutely fascinating. I needed to observe it from this small screen trail cam from the other side of the swing. Midnight does the friendly slow eye blink, he does with humans, to ALL intruders into the garden.

Creative today is a collage of a few stills from the videos. It is self-explanatory, and there are some words to explain, because it is a little harder to see from the stills.

All through the 600, 30 second videos, wherever Midnight was watching the foxes and badgers, he was doing the friendly slow eye blink. But if anyone steps out of turn, he lets them know, as he did with the over exuberant young badger, KissyKissy.

The big screen TrailCam was useless on many levels, not sensitive enough, too heavy, slid down the large/wide swing support pole, picture quality poorer than the small screen TrailCam, and more...

Now time for another technological project for today...
Right. Breathe. I can do this easily and effortlessly...
Repeat...

A cuppa first...

5.9 this morning. Food shopping first then QD for blinds for the front bedroom windows. The blinds are to provide extra insulation for the winter. Hopefully I can persuade Mr K to come into the Edinburgh Woollen shop so I can buy a new cardi for the winter. Instead of putting the heating up I will pop on a cardi.

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen, darn sarf we have dry weather and forecasted comfortable temperatures for me at least.
Blood sugars this morning were a surprising 5.5 and that was after a very rare for me, takeaway curry, Mrs J decided to try a recommended restaurant.
Today is plinky plonky lesson day and a walk through town which will help my pace count.
Shields, axes and swords are almost finished and ready to let the grandchildren loose on them. Pictures will follow in due course.
I would like to start another project, but laurel hedge trimming will be taking priority now the nesting birdies have flown….I hope.
It is now time to wish you all well with your day and stay safe.

Enjoy your day...
Great introduction to the new sketch...

Hello everyone from a sunny and dry Eastern redoubt of what seems like The Kingdom of Denialia. It isn't broken in the same way that Trigger's brush never was. On a stretcher, blues and twos blaring away, oxygen and morphine but definitely fit for Saturday:banghead:. Jim Royle summed up the prevailing nonsense nicely. My fear is bad as it is now, we are on the cusp of The White Witch taking over Narnia to well and truly finish the job. I'll gladly hold my hands up if things go well. Greatly enjoying the way that latest artwork is developing @dunelm. Painting pine cones sounds like fun, enjoy. @gennepher don't forget food as well as advanced teching and those cuppas. Thanks for the creative. @Krystyna23040 Edinburgh Wool Mill? 2 sausage rolls this Sunday:D. Enjoy strolling around town @alf_Josiah. Next edition of Berkshire Echo could make for interesting reading. The Winchester Gang are invading us today until Saturday. A nice man staggered to our front door as he delivered enough ice cream, snacks and treats for a small South American banana republic.Happy days.

Hope you have a lovely time with your family @ianpspurs. Mr K had a brilliant excuse for not going to the Edinburgh woollen shop. He said that he would go to QD to buy the blinds and also to the butchers so that I could have more time to browse around the clothes shop.

I bought 3 lovely warm cardis - all of them half price. So I will definitely be warm this winter.

600 videos - blimey, you need to get a directors cut app. Good job that Midnight is keeping a good eye on everyone.
