Hope you feel better soon. This time round, the jab seems to be causing quite a lot of after effects.6.2 this morning. Flu jab yesterday and feeling a bit under the weather today. Did Covid test which was negative. Beautiful sunny morning.
Hug for the nose bleed but good fbg. Whatever is wrong with you it is absolutely not being lazy.FBG 6.5. Very happy with that. It is, of course, the result of taking a correction dose (45u) just before bed because BG was 15.4.
Better today, but pretty tired. I didn't get out of my pyjamas yesterday and just lazed around all day. I did put on a heavy jumper over them because I had a nose bleed as well, which dripped onto my dressing gown, so it had to be put into the washing. Thank goodness for machines to do these jobs. Still sitting here in my pj's and the refreshed dressing gown. Not willing to do much. BG is up, of course, after tea, tea, tea, tea.
Whatever is wrong with me, I don't think it has anything to do with Covid. Perhaps I'm just tired - or lazy.
Enjoy the cuppa and nap because we certainly enjoy those videos and I really like that kaleidoscope. Thank you for both. I'm assuming the rest of the assembled multitude will also like both. @Annb is already one of us.Fbg 7.1
Busy this morning...playing catch up here, then I need a nap...
I am sure these wild animals in my garden are only coming in for a chance to act in front of the trail camera...
Like this clip...
Midnight is just as bad...
Creative is a kaleidoscope...it is quite a pretty one...I think.
I need a cuppa and shut eye. Be back later...
Be good!

That Kaleidoscope image would have made a very good 60's-70's wallpaper. Great for keeping you off balance.Fbg 7.1

The sparrows are getting quarrelsome and fighting and feathers flying. The bird food cupboard is bare. Amazon are rushing an emergency delivery for them. It should arrive at 3:15 pm....

Good luck with that. Can't immediately see how you are going to do it, unless the wood stored is going to be in very small quantities. Looking forward to seeing how you do it.Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen and Neanderthals, I have nothing against Neanderthals, but am not impressed with politicians and journalists.
Blood sugars this morning were a straight 5.0 a prime number, prime numbers are the spice of life along with pi ( 3.14159 ). Yes I have taken my medication this morning, but it is taking some time to take effect.
.
Well fellow posters and painters Mrs J received a telephonic call asking if we were in and could the caller pop down with a little project for me, drat there goes my mid morning nap.
The caller arrived with a foot the ball boot store I made for them some time ago asking if I could convert it into a log store also increase the width, hopefully attached is a picture of the slightly wrecked boot store which will require a total rebuild. Should be interesting and earn me a few brownie points with Mrs J.

Stay safe all
Good afternoon from here...Good morning everyone, it’s market day here in the dark and dangerous north so I will be flitting from stall to stall muttering ‘carbs, more carbs, even more carbs, ah! Bacon”. “Sourdough bread is better for your gut”. - no it isn’t and I already have a proudly exhibiting gut thank you very much. They do have an interesting variety of scotch eggs by some folks branded as The Clucking Pig and the game counter is good for a treat. Started on a course of Prednisolone yesterday - only 5 days but 40mg a day.
Art bit - another one finished. Have a smashing Saturday if you can, I am drinking koffy next.

I once made the mistake of using a psychadelic green wallpaper in my bathroom. Not only migraine inducing but I could never figure out where the wall - and therefore the light switch - was. Couldn't figure out if I was standing up, sitting down, approaching the door, or what. Bad mistake.I hated those 60's to 70's wallpaper...migraine inducing...
My son, Neil has been on Prenisolone for many months - to deal with sarcoidosis but for the last 6 months he has been steadily reducing it and took his final dose a few days ago. When taking it, he put on a lot of weight but has lost most of it again now that he no longer has to take it. But it was a long, slow process to get off it - presumably the longer you have to take it, the longer it takes to come off of it.Good morning everyone, it’s market day here in the dark and dangerous north so I will be flitting from stall to stall muttering ‘carbs, more carbs, even more carbs, ah! I feel almost back to normal this evening - or at least Normal for Norfolk. My arm no longer feels like it has been kicked by a donkey and I don't feel as tired.hug for the probable after effects of the flu jab. Ours are nest week so we are forewarned. Anyone else have after effects?
That is really interesting and is highly likely why the pharmacist told me it was important to go home and rest for the remainder of the day. Of course I couldn't as I had 3 pilates classes to teach that evening.Hope you feel better soon. This time round, the jab seems to be causing quite a lot of after effects.
"Do as I say Mr K., Not as I do...no blokes being blokes here, thank you very much ....That is really interesting and is highly likely why the pharmacist told me it was important to go home and rest for the remainder of the day. Of course I couldn't as I had 3 pilates classes to teach that evening.

You don't do as you are told...do you @Krystyna23040That is really interesting and is highly likely why the pharmacist told me it was important to go home and rest for the remainder of the day. Of course I couldn't as I had 3 pilates classes to teach that evening.
