What was your fasting blood glucose? (full on chat)

Hugs were for the Covid worry for you @alf_Josiah

Thank you.
I am preferring cold food more and more @ianpspurs
I do like my hot drinks in cold weather...
Good luck for tomorrow.

I have only had one very big cat before @Annb
He was a very long haired grey Persian type cat, longer than Midnight, and bigger looking (because of the long fur), but he didn't have the weight or the muscle power that Midnight has.
Ours was a short haired tabby and not very obviously muscular, more wiry, I suppose. Fierce when challenged by dogs or other cats, but a big softie when in the house.

Thank you.

Thank you. I'm assured the reserved car park is now not fenced off so no 240 point turn to exit or parking a mile away. Once inside all goes very smoothly. Salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, raddish and cucumber don't have rapeseed oil but goodness knows what chemicals were sprayed on them either in growing or packaging then there is the protein source. Best wishes with all that.

Pic...sat here watching, awaiting the arrival of van helsing ...

Good on ya, showing our US Cousin, our finest cuisine.

They might lead the world right now, but will they have the legacy of their world domination stamped ?
Or even be represented by the accolade of a "Full American", when their reign is over...?

..

I hear you there, @alf_Josiah .

Must be so much harder, when medically (as well as sensibly) it's deemed better to self isolate from the rest of the UK.

Chatting among ourselves the other day,. I think we reached our own personal opinion, we both had it at separate times.
While tending to the other, we were sensible but in no way truly quarantined from each other, yet neither of us caught it from the other ....weird .

Which leads us both to suspect it's truly dosage led.

We must have had 'some' level, yet not enough to trip our immune system over.

And we did air out rooms daily .

While we haven't avoided work (Lauren) or shopping, it's been noted we avoid crowded places, and giving a wide berth to those showing symptoms of "it's just a cold, init " types.

Good luck on your own mini lockdown if & when it comes.

Dec / Jan are certainly the danger times... sadly.

Hug for the shielding vs socialising dilemma. I need to work out if I go to Ely Cathedral tomorrow to see grandson perform in a choir with G4. Probably easier for me since I'm naturally quite (ultra?) reclusive. As for the two programs. how many people who are housebound derive huge comfort and mental balance from them not to mention the potential for community centres, etc to provide warmth, maybe hot food and companionship watching the football? No easy answers and none of this is inherently evil when used for the greater good.

You're making that "jungle celebrity, no honestly , I am.."
Thing seem child's play by comparison.

Spinning plates, while patting your head AND rubbing your belly, all while playing keepee uppie with a quatar sanctioned football stuffed with bribes.....respect.

And we all thought carbs fat & protein was difficult.

Hugs but admiration for using the Bristol stool chart in such a VERY descriptive way..

Good luck with upcoming visit

Thanks. There are people who have lived with such issues from birth/childhood so I'm blessed to have come this far and am more than happy to continue to bind my moggle daily. The consultants and their staff seem satisfied with my bloods but what do they know? The past 12 years have firmed up my previous view that a massive gaslighting operation is being orchestrated by some sinister power all to do with dark money/the Koch brothers/KGB/the Mercers. This tin foil hat is starting to itch.

Oh I wish I could eat pasta even a small amount twice cooked seems to affect my BG .

Glad that they have sorted the reserved car park out better @ianpspurs

I remember a tremendous amount of crop spraying when I was a child. And you were standing under it happening...

Thanks for your good wishes.

Just back from my meeting with Kirsty Wade at the Sports Centre. She seems to be a very nice woman. She will be inviting me to join a class for people with very limited mobility after Christmas and meantime will contact me on Zoom once a week to see how I am getting on with the exercises that the physio gave me. Not a very productive meeting for me - mostly just giving my medical history. Of course, I couldn't remember dates very accurately - in my mind, once it's gone, it's gone and I forget it - not enough space in my brain to hold on to irrelevant information.

BG now dropped to 5.0 but my current cup of tea will probably push it up a bit.

Good bg and at least your details are on record ready for the after Christmas sessions. Enjoy your tea.
