So pleased to hear this@jjraak.Morning seal team D.
A dive into the meter of mirth got me to 6.2 fathoms ..more then happy with that.
Think last night's gym had something to do with it .
Oh, and Saw an interesting article on how to best utilise the gym for those, like myself returning after a long lay off or perhaps starting a new years resolution.
Might be of use to anyone with family member perhaps struggling to motivate themselves after a new years start.?
Link.
As to other things, physically I think I'm about as good as I can expect at this moment in time.
Far from where I hoped to be close on 14 months on, but I think I'm coming to terms with that .
And it's been a work in progress, so I've noticed improvements.
But Mentally I think I might have stagnated from overcoming the 'intrusive' thoughts that led to some torrid nights of sleep .
So it's kind of snuck up on me, that mentally I am improving.
I say that, as I offered Lauren a lift into work
(Taking the furry nephew in, but train strikes etc she expects what is running to be busier then usual, and that can set Frankie on edge, which embarrasses her )
It was a Beautiful clear day here in the Capital.
A little bit Nippy but not too cold.
So with that backdrop in mind, on way back, I realised I now feel comfortable driving again (car).
( Been driving as soon as I was able to after the accident.
Broken left hand, broken right shoulder, broken leg permitting)
But it's only today I realise I AM now comfortable driving .
Previously if anything happened I was stranded, reliant on the rescue services, AA & the good will of others.
But today I feel that's not the case anymore.
Fit enough to get out of car if a bump occurs and manage the situation civilly, do some basics if car has an issue, & likely even change a tyre IF miles from civilisation..(please don't let that tempt fate)
So a long post just to say .....
"I'm in a good place today "
Hope the same applies to all of you.
And if not today, hopefully tomorrow or real soon.
Take care all.
Aw, thank you....So pleased to hear this@jjraak.
Sincere condolences to you and your family.Good afternoon everyone. My sister lost her battle with cancer in the early hours of this morning. Nothing else to say really.

Thank you @ianpspursMorning assembled multitude. @jjraak good news on the confidence for driving returning, sleepless nights declining and returning to the gym. @Krystyna23040 did Archie sense your step count yesterday and spare you? @JohnEGreen hug for the mystery fbg. @lindisfel that sounds hopeful for The Duchess. @gennepher thank you so much for today's creative which has a Fenland vibe for me. @Annb hugs for the hail and pain but winner for the attitude. Very sunny here today so obviously egg and cheese salad is the centrepiece of my menu. Candlemass tomorrow as well as immunotherapy day. No wisdom of the sages for IT but here's a sonnet for Candlemas and a weather forecast. Do your best to optimise your day.
So sad.Good afternoon everyone. My sister lost her battle with cancer in the early hours of this morning. Nothing else to say really.

A transformation!Good morning everyone from another quite start here in the dark and dangerous north. Thank you for your words of condolence. Yesterday was very busy with phone calls to cousins and such like as well as booking flights. On a brighter note, it is Mrs Miggins’ birthday today and I have splashed out on a retro Thundercats Tea Cosy - I know, these things are so rare. Hospital food anyone? Art bit - another one finished so best look to the next one. Koffy now but best get the bins out first.
