You would probably get shot Ian if you wore a Trump mask with a Stormy blow up in your front seat!Pity it's only one way.
Still, knowing you can cause & death and get diplomatic immunity, and whisked out of the country, even if your not a diplomat, is a nice little perk.
Special relationship, they say...mmhh.
No problem with team USA.If one wants the World's Policeman to protect one them's the Ts and Cs.
That happened to my little sister. The drunk driver worked for an oil company and was immediately whisked back to the USA where there is no extradition for causing death by dangerous driving.Pity it's only one way.

He was the only person who wasn't injured. His girlfriend suffered severe brain damage and my mother was badly injured.
I love the colours in this @dunelmGood morning everyone on a brighter day than previously here in the dark and dangerous north. Yesterday was crab hunting in rock pools, observing a beached seal pup resting up and doing a quiz at the lifeboat centre. Fossilized oysters were found and the film Tintin was watched on the jelly vision. Today - swimming. Not in the sea, at a water park thing with slides and both indoor and outdoor pools. Art bit - in colour. Have as good a Friday as you can manage and for anyone visiting York yesterday, don’t lose those red and white purses. Koffy, time for koffy.

Yes, it was truly heartbreaking as she was such a lovely little girl. We had just moved into our first house and my mum and sister had driven over to see it.
That is very sad Krystyna that kind of loss never goes away from Mothers and families.Yes, it was truly heartbreaking as she was such a lovely little girl. We had just moved into our first house and my mum and sister had driven over to see it.
I know it's paddy fields, but it has the air of a stained glass window. Beautiful.Good morning everyone on a brighter day than previously here in the dark and dangerous north. I would have deleted my response too, @ianpspurs but then responses after it then make no sense.I deleted a post which prompted @jjraak to refer to the woman in Northants

Could be, @Annb ...mmhhBG at 3.30 am was 12.0! Either my liver is taking the unintentional fast as a spring cleaning opportunity, or it's whatever ails me right now causing havoc. Feeling stronger than yesterday but having to take extra pain killers, still shaky (more trembling than shaking), cold and ringing ears. Haven't got around to checking BP but I suppose I should. Pulse feels nearer to normal, so it's all on the up.
Three days ago I started taking a vit B supplement. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Don't see how it could, unless it has something in it that I can't tolerate. Print on the bottle is too small for me to read, even with glasses and a magnifying glass.

Thanks jjraak. I wouldn't be surprised if my liver was over-reacting to changes I've been making over the last few months/weeks. It must be very confused. Many years ago a friend, who was a nurse, advised me that the serious headaches I used to get when using a lot of energy must be a result of blood sugar dropping too low. Her advice was to eat some chocolate. Poor Joyce - she gave the best advice she knew. Probably the worst thing I could have done. But I did eat chocolate - not that I had ever really liked it much, just as a kind of medication. Of course, I got to like it. It's a long time now since I had chocolate and I'm back to not wanting it.Could be, @Annb ...mmhh
I always envisage our bodies for T2D as a pot...and once we're T2D , it causes it to fill & over flow
Part of our 'treatment' is reducing the amount of carbs we fill that pot with .
Once we manage to reduce the pot so it doesn't overflow.
Next problem is flushing out the excess glucose that been stored over goodness knows how many years.
I think the route out for that flushing is via the liver releasing it ?
Could be wrong, but it makes some sense in my head .
While it's more then likely you have Neil's cold, I am reminded pre DX I used to get moments where I felt very shaky & almost ill.
The remedy back then , badly thought out though it was, was sugar..aka chocolate bar of some sorts.
I then got similar after DX..bgs in the 5/6's...so not immediately BG related but I now think from what I have read , it is the bodies reaction to being forced to run at a 'lower' level of BG then it was used to..
It's been a while since I had one, but I used to eat a bit of cheese or some peanuts to boost myself up rather then chocolate.
One to watch out for maybe .
