Fully agree genn.am going to end up securityfied out of my accounts...we all are...
It’s all creeping along quietly, in the background. I blame Robby the Robot from Forbidden Planet getting to spread secret programming by whispering it’s secrets to the Robinson family robot.Fully agree genn.
But I see you have made some progress @gennepher .
Lauren lost her Hotmail outlook account.
Had it since 2009 ish.
All gone.
Had to register a new one
I had similar with googlemail a good while back.
Took about a month to get my account back .
One of the security questions I kept failing on was "what date did I first register & use my Gmail account ? "....wt!!.
Who would remember that, when it's all done online and in app...???
And given the best way to find out would be to search the very app I couldn't log into...aagghhhhhh.
Again the pic squares are not really equal opportunities robot detectors, are they .
I noted when I failed one or two (does not compute, does not compute, kill the Doctor...Dada da Lan Dada da Lan, oooh oooh ....)
Some offer to sound out numbers of letters or numbers on a camouflage background...mmhh
Pants if your eyesight is poor..
Pointless if you're deaf....
Skynet.
Doesn't come like the movies
With Robots, lasers & rogue computers.
It's more death by a thousand papercuts & high blood pressure, as we hurl our devices into walls & out of windows ..
"Danger Will Robinson, Danger "..It’s all creeping along quietly, in the background. I blame Robby the Robot from Forbidden Planet getting to spread secret programming by whispering it’s secrets to the Robinson family robot.
Thank goodness that you have all your password details on paper @gennepher. I have the same - with a cryptic clue to jog my memory for each password. Thanks @Krystyna23040
I am...
I have just tried to login to my Health online which is where I order my prescriptions. But like every other app that I had to re-download again on the iPad mini, it won't let me straight in and insists I prove I am me again. I have had to prove more security than ever before and I had to go to NHS England because it would not let me do it directly from NHS Wales (it can't do this apparently from NHS Wales)... so more security, extra passwords needed. More codes to my phone. Finally, they decide I am me, and I get sent back to NHS Wales's my health online, where I sign in again and finally I can order my prescription...
With the iPad mini crashing and me having to download all apps again, the iPad remembering all my log in details for every app, all crashed as well, they were not there any more. It is blooming good job, that I have all my password details etc on paper....
My brain is totally frazzled...

Much sympathyThanks @Krystyna23040

Thank you @ianpspurs - no Hurricanes or any other WW2 aircraft reported up here although a restored Spitfire was overhead last weekend.Good morning all on what shall henceforth be known as Harry Brook Day here in L.A. or according to BBC weather Florida. Perhaps I was wearing a sensor overnight and it blew off so no known fbg. @dunelm thank you for sharing another intriguing piece of art and your inimitable take on modern life. @gennepher it sounds as though those tech gremlins are being subdued due to your refusal to surrender. @Krystyna23040 four layers already? Here in Suffolk we have our own calendar according to an email from the Kia dealership we use:
If you haven't already booked, there is still time to reserve your place with Donalds Kia Bury St Edmunds on Friday 245h October from the beautiful country barn venue on the Haughley Park Estate.
I know autumn and winter drag on interminably but that is far worse than I imagined. @jjraak no googling for that because I know what my reaction will be
Quite a confusing start to the day here but I hope your day is as wonderful as you deserve or by the grace of God even better than you deserve.
We frequently have flyovers of WW2 aircraft here, usually from Duxford. On our particular part of this town there is a park, Douglas Park, commemorating this event and all the Closes and other enclaves are named after planes or pilots from that race hence Boeing Way, De Haviland Court, Miles Hawk Way, Charles Melrose Close etcThank you @ianpspurs - no Hurricanes or any other WW2 aircraft reported up here although a restored Spitfire was overhead last weekend.
Must be catching. There was an RAF station hereabouts at one timeWe frequently have flyovers of W2W2 aircraft here, usually from Duxford.
