Stunning.Fbg 6.7
I was watching the night sky last night and the stars were absolutely amazing.
About 5 am this morning I went out with my cup of tea and the moon was shining with no clouds, not a cloud in the sky. Went back in to get my phone camera...came back...and the moon is covered in clouds...
Waited a bit, until there were very few clouds in the photo, but the Pixel brought out clouds I couldn't even see round the moon. There was an adjuster at the side of the screen where I could slide it down and get rid of most of the clouds. But then I liked the colourful clouds that the pixel nighttime setting brought out. So I left them in...then I put it in Procreate app and added a few stars that the phone camera did not pick up...
So this is my creative for today....
Have your best kind of day...
Take care...

How, why and who covers it mate.Morning all. Odd/quirky/honest post incoming. @gennepher and @dunelm thank you both for sharing your wonderful creative talents. Both pieces are wonderful, thank you. @gennepher yours made me reflect on the use of the word amazing, thank you. The actual sky and stars have limited impact on my affective domain. Not totally "meh" but pretty much and your point is? As I've said before that ??? was left on the bench during my assembly. The fact they exist, man can't make them and their "point" (I don't think they are random) is what is amazing to me. @dunelm thank you for the trees. I had no idea they were birches and that again is, in my mind (world view?), secondary to the fact there are there in the first place and provide the attached. That is far more amazing and interesting to me. I also expect a bear or other source of meat to emerge suddenly and someone to take advantage of the bounty to provide so many of life's essentials. I love the idea a proper hunter would, in sincere gratitude, thank the animal for all they will now provide, therefore cherishing every part of the animal. That is not what man the consumer does habitually, which is my/our fault, not God's. Where I think you see colour, shape and (I think) beauty, I see a different kind of wonder. I wonder first why they exist, then if and how I/we can use them..Completely baffled by how sport fits into that, I'll work on that. Odd enough for y'all? Y'all have a good day now, I'm trying to work out how I can use mine: I know how to use the tea, salmon and salad and who to thank for them - no, not (just) Amazon and Ocado.
We are all different as you say. I mostly don't marvel at creation as something to look at per se. I'm more that's all very nice but how and why does it exist and how should I relate to that?. I'm about to eat my salmon salad and I'm content with my answers to those issues around that: it was created by a loving God for my pleasure and benefit. There's no real mystery there, its what God does: always has, always will. How, why and who covers it mate.
In all of creation, it is a reason to wonder. And to behold. To enjoy. And marvel.
Why do you need to know more?
Twitter won't let me in @jjraak. It has locked me out of my account saying no user of that name. Yet I exist because others say I am still there, daughter says I am still on it, and that people are trying to contact me, but I cannot get on it.
Thanks @jjraak xSent you a pm @gennepher
Agree to disagree @Lamont D we find many frozen vegetables are not nice, or even acceptable. But some are.I'm sorry!
but I can't agree with you @SlimLizzy.
I eat a lot of salad vegetables. But there is no way I could put any and all that you have listed anywhere near my face. I never have and never will.
I find them disgusting.
I hope you enjoy the fresh ones when you can. Yuk!
No FBG for the forseeable future unless I can find a different meter. Somewhere amongst our possessions. Unused for several years, is that likely? Would it still be operational if found? And then I would need to buy test strips for it. The outrageous cost of which caused me to abandon it in favour of the Tee2.
MrSlim continues to cough, less frequently, but still sufficient to warrant caution in social contact.
I think I am better. Well nearly anyway, although the headache persists.
Kiki is taking full advantage of the changes and now insists on her right to sleep with us. As we are reluctant to allow damage to our friends property we had to give in at the first scratching of doors.
She is still confined to indoors and not happy about that either and has not yet met our friends cat. An event we are not looking forward to, suspecting that Kiki will be aggressive towards the other cat.
If we go ahead the house purchase will be finalised on 10th feb. But I am horrified at how much the house condition has deteriorated since we last visited. MrSlim says it is superficial, but to me looks like a lot of extra work.
Keep well and warm all of you
A good way of seeing life @dunelm .Good morning everyone on another splendid start to the day here in the dark and dangerous north. Walking into town yesterday and saw a flying saucer of a cloud - a single lenticular cloud. Neither of us could recollect having seen one before. Radiator bleeding day as well. All done and the boiler given a going over - checking pressure and vacuuming out build up of dust. Mrs Miggins received her bus pass and is now officially a pensioner with all the perks that such an esteemed position comes with. Probably not a lot but then there are a great many people who don’t survive this very short period called life to reach such dizzy heights. Excitedly, we are going to Whitby on the bus so that she can experience to luxury of a free journey! The trip takes about an hour and is on a very pretty route on the moors road - the elevated position of being on a bus enhances the views/ Art bit - a winter sketch. Hope your day is good to you. I shall enjoy the rest of my koffy and then make up a couple of flasks for our outing.
Ooh hadn't though of the bus ride being @dunelmGood Morening Ladies and Gentlemen, I am too much of a gentleman to pry and suggest it is Mrs Miggin’s birthday, but I shall wish you both a good trip to Whitby. Can I suggest you lunch at the station cafe, just avoid the ageing bikers that frequent the establishment.
