He may even start chasing you @Krystyna23040 but I bet he already does.Doggies are at the moment chasing each other around the house as though they are 2 year olds. The joint supplement really does work for them. @SaskiaKC gave me a link to the human version of the supplement and I have bought some for husband as he hurt his hip (the replacement side) going on a zip wire with grandchildren. Watching the dogs chasing each other has made me a bit worried that husband will feel so well that we may have more zip wire (or similar) incidents.
Yep. It's goodI don't know what your reading indicates I assume its good ??
Thank you! Giving up on carbs is hard...but I manage so far!Meant to say @Wojciechu keep going you will get there. Cheering for you.
If gravity is the universal force of attraction, is that just another word for love? Or could it be just lust?Don't mind heights, but not keen on being airborne, I have a great affinity with gravity.

All I can say is.."that plane better be on fire"
Jumping out if anything at 10 thousand feet.. Madness.
[/QUOTE]Total agree I qualified as a private pilot when I was 40 but I have never wanted to jump out of a perfectly serviceable plane. In '96 I was flying with a friend from Caernarvon to Swansea when we had an engine failure on the edge of the Brecon beacons. I was as calm as anything, my brain went into overdrive and worked out our glide ratio and I flew the Cessna 152 like a glider into Swansea. I shan't tell you what my friend was doing, I think it involved confession

'morning all. 8.2 for me today. Sedentary day yesterday, writing birthday cards, ordering presents for birthdays and Christmas on line and playing forum games on here.Visited mum but she was asleep most of the time. Had two more bereavements since last week, one family and one old friend. Not been a good year for us! Good news is that I've finished all my Christmas shopping for the youngsters in the family and birthday presents/ cards for the rest of this year. Next job is to write to mum's old friends who send cards to her every Christmas to tell them she is now in care. Luckily I found mum's address book whilst clearing her home! The sun is trying it's best to shine through the clouds so a walk is on the cards-- always good for body and mind especially as the autumn colours are lovely at the moment. Have a good day folks.
I know what you mean, SaskiaKC. I still send lots of cards but most of my communication is now via computer, especially with my family in USA. I love watching video clips of the children.Hugs. I am so sorry about your bad year. I recently found Mama's address book in her desk that I now have ... my cousin wanted contact info for one of our other cousins and I was glad our aunt's info was in Mama's address book. Lots of sadness and nostalgia and I wish the current generation sent cards and letters as our parents used to do. But I do enjoy keeping in touch with this cousin by text.
Yep. It's good
You divide this number by 18 and you'll get in mmol, and vice versa to convert from mmol to mg/dl you multiply by 18.
good evening all
4.5 today
been out doing shopping and lunchthen tidying up and putting stuff away.
My brother, (who retired early from his job involving lots of foreign travel, then qualified as a driving instructor so he could spend more time at home and work part time), is taking part in this year's 'Big Learner Relay' Pudsey challenge, this involves getting sponsors for a driving lesson (sponsors get spots on the car), and the lesson is a leg of the relay, the proceeds of the lessons and the sponsorship money go to the BBC 'Children in Need' appeal. It's a nationwide relay/convoy which started on the 1st Nov at Lands End, going all the way up to John O'Groats via a west coastish route then back down the eastish coast route ending up this year on the 15th Nov. at the National Space Centre because it's 50 years this year since man landed on the moon.
My bro. is doing his leg of the lesson relay tomorrow in Lancashire but he's intending to join the convoy for a couple of days over the weekend up the bit to John O'Goats and will come and visit with us on the way past for the day before heading back
Much tidying ...
Hope your day is treating you kindly
