Afternoon campers
A warm welcome to a few new faces
Been out of sorts last week or so.
Got Results back. say unlikely it's covid.(.not entirely reassuring.)
Test itself rather fraught.
Done outside, testers on huts decking
The testee, other side of rail
"done one before..?"
"No"
"Good then I'll ignore you ,
throat, nose, rubbish in the bin...".. anyway as I was saying.
Seemed to be interrupting "instructors?" Talk with colleague while taking test...my bad
Simple instructions, rather too snappily.
Given, imo
Test done, then told to bin test packaging etc into pop up bin
Mmhh .bin no workee
Solution came quick, presume not the first to mention ..."that ok, just lift the lid

"
First rule of dealing with public
being called to a park,
while feeling unwell,
to be rather dismissed as a nuisance to your conversations, is THINK
What WILL make them snap.
Bingo.
A simple query as to whether they were aware it's an infectious disease they are testing for during a pandemic, and thanks but I'd rather forgo the delights of lifting a bin lid after so many other potential "carriers" had been there before me, thank you very much.
Then to have to move through the rather large crowd they successfully corralled behind us, before we could head to the exit, doesn't bode well.
Thought the plan was to mitigate not facilitate the pandemic.

Anyway, calmed down. cough easing, sniffles fading, fatigue less of an issue, but still producing way too much phlegm.
Afraid the T2D has rather taken a back seat again, the last week or so
Be back on the case, soon enough.
Take care all
