What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Well, I go to the less than often quoted phrase "One must have chaos within oneself to be able to give birth to a dancing star" Nietzsche
So let's get dancing!!
@SueJB Did he not also say And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music.? But I take your point. Anyhow, spent 51 minutes cutting the 3 baby lawns including dragging the mower up and down the ditch - I really enjoy cutting lawns. After my huge mackerel and avocado salad am at 5.4 so nearer targets and a little less perplexed.

Doesn't everyone try to dance to their own tune? It's sad really that the body's machinations sometimes prevent the music and the rhythm melding. Goodie though that the mower has helped and that you're upbeat.:headphone: Nietzsche was a bit of a lad too

Wouldn't say upbeat but nearer to what I understand, but thanks. Being a bit of a lad is surely a C21st crime, granted old Friedy only just made it into the C20th
