Great5.7 this morning (loud cheers yaaaaaaay)
Have a good day peeps
@Goacher55 I wish you luck with that one but love the optimism?? @Cumberland really pleased for you.So 24 hours later I’m back up to 6.9. One day, I’ll understand , one day
Graham looks and sounds like a wonderful son and very very sad that you didn’t have longer with him. My eldest has a similar mix of disabilities but not as severe and so I can appreciate what you’re saying. Graham was clearly special and is no doubt still very very missed. I would imagine too that what you are experiencing with your elderly parents puts you under much continued stress - do make sure you are kind to yourself and try to manage your carer stress as much as possible, you’re important too take care.I wanted to thank the people here for your kindness.
As more time goes by, I realize how important it is to share my son's name Graham and a little bit about him. If you are interested, there is a photo at this link. It was taken in Nov 2104 on one of our visits to his group home. He's age 24 here, wearing one of his favourite hockey sweaters. https://www.autismbrainnet.org/donor/graham-brown/ We donated jointly to both the Autism Brain Net and the North American SUDEP Registry so he is also on their page (same photo and text) with other people http://sudepregistry.org/our-stories/ ).

Have a good day peeps
I have a dilemma. The lady I was dining with is my best and longest friend. Her daughter is getting married in the beautiful lake district in January. My first wedding in the lakes. Exciting. So last night she told me that the hen party is going to include an afternoon tea. My dilemma is do I go for it! Not hoovering everything up in front of me obviously. Has anyone had an afternoon tea as a treat and what effect did it have on your BS.
