I certainly find this to be the case. Most times at least. I've found eating as soon as I get up helps, most times ....sorry If this sounds in any way vague but I've also found there are exceptions.phil it might be worth just having just a little something to eat before you do any 'real' physical activity...without any food most likely your liver pumped out some glycogen to help fuel your body during your run...hence the higher BG levels...worth a try.
PLeeeeeeeease not the clocks going back....ahhhhhmines the opposite pengiunmum loads of lows grrrr
Enjoy.Morning all
5.0 bg today all good
Pilates this morning - one of my favourite bits of my week lovely time out!
Hope everyone has a good day today and hoping @karen8967 that your bgs settle soon - it sounds scary take care.
Good morning folks, a 5.8 for me after a brief sojourn into the fours.
Morning everyone. For prick and tell today I have brought along a 5.3. Bit of cognitive dissonance going on here. Plenty of evidence suggests this technology can only produce a ballpark figure BUT I still dislike that number slightly pushing up the running average. I also know there is always quite a difference between my running average and hba1c - (between -.4 and +.7) but I still care.
Bad enough for a type 2 must be a nightmare for a type 1.
