What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Good morning folks, a straight 6 for me this morning, off early to take granddaughter to look at Kingston Uni.
My wife done her teaching degree at Kingston, shes daft as a brick! Just saying easy to be brave when you know she wont read this

Thanks for that @OrsonKartt. Looking at foods high in Magnesium most are high on my list of likes and feature frequently when I have control of my environment. May be an idea when I can't control things.

4.8 this morning and to make work that bit more bareable I have a rare date night to look forward! Well, Date night makes it sound exciting when in reality it’ll be me no doubt sitting in the cinema in floods of tears at a star is born while my better half sits scoffing nachos and popcorn and telling me to sob a little quieter

Like the cut of your better half's gib enormously

Morning everyone. Hasn’t stopped raining here and one of my bedroom windows won’t close properly so I have a mini flood going on.

5.8 this morning, higher than it’s been all week which I assume is due to a huge steak Mr C cooked for my tea - it was fantastic but too much protein probably.
I certainly dont regret it.

Hope it’s dryer where you all are - I think it’s set for the week here.

Didn't you get the memo/whatsapp re carnivore diet? - huge steak (define huge 400 gms plus?) may not be sole cause. I heard a rumour gin and soda and red wine were spotted in your area. Hope the flood is sorted soon.

good morning all

4.9 today

coughing and spluttering with a sore throat this morning which kept me awake during the night so I didn't have the best sleep. Never mind, breakfast shortly then I'll be off out

Hope your day goes well

Good Morening Ladies and Gentlemen and to the family of ducks I saw this morning walking past my house wearing wellington's and carrying umbrellas.
A gentle 6.4 awaited me this morning.
Well today folks Mrs J has got the whip out, no not the handcuffs and whip, the decorating whip out, so that's my day and the next few days totally screwed. I noticed my mates chaos and mayhem have disappeared.....wish I could.

I was 3.5 at 11:45 last night the only hypo symptom I get in the 3’s is that I usually wake up or struggle to fall asleep. So jelly beans later-non diabetic hubby helped by also eating jelly beans.. this morning I was I’ve got tea to celebrate

Wonderful weight loss, well done you

5.6 this morning. Driving up to Lincoln later in the day taking Keiran back to Uni.
Safe journey there and back and great thing to do being involved in grandson's development.
