https://www.thesleepdoctor.com/2017/11/20/magnesium-effects-sleep/. I've just done a 2 week supplement of magnesium as I thought it might help cramps. Cheap as chips and they say it helps sleep too? Maybe worth a try if you havent already.I have read that LC can do that plenty on the net about it. Definitely happens with me - no food yesterday 3.30 wake up.
Thanks for that @OrsonKartt. Looking at foods high in Magnesium most are high on my list of likes and feature frequently when I have control of my environment. May be an idea when I can't control things.Morning all, coffee in front of me and a 5.2 this morning. Best thoughts all.

Like the cut of your better half's gib enormously4.8 this morning and to make work that bit more bareable I have a rare date night to look forward!Well, Date night makes it sound exciting when in reality it’ll be me no doubt sitting in the cinema in floods of tears at a star is born while my better half sits scoffing nachos and popcorn and telling me to sob a little quieter
Didn't you get the memo/whatsapp re carnivore diet? - huge steak (define huge 400 gms plus?) may not be sole cause. I heard a rumour gin and soda and red wine were spotted in your area.Morning everyone. Hasn’t stopped raining here and one of my bedroom windows won’t close properly so I have a mini flood going on.
5.8 this morning, higher than it’s been all week which I assume is due to a huge steak Mr C cooked for my tea - it was fantastic but too much protein probably.
I certainly dont regret it.
Hope it’s dryer where you all are - I think it’s set for the week here.
Tough week for me this week. I've been trying to get both my blood glucose level and weight down. I've been very strict with eating, so I think stress has been responsible. I've also had a bit of achilles tendonitis so I had some rest days or shorter workouts. I've been fasting more frequently than usual to counteract this.
Blood glucose was 4.9 this morning.
I did get a loss on my scale of 2 lbs (.91 kg) for a total of 54.99 lbs (24.94 kg) I'm now within 1.5 lbs of my lowest weight in over 25 years - 218.6 lbs today (24.94 lb). I measured my waist (don't do this weekly) to discover I've lost another 2", total of 7" so far which is good as I really want to reduce my visceral fat in my organs and around the waist.
Safe journey there and back and great thing to do being involved in grandson's development.5.6 this morning. Driving up to Lincoln later in the day taking Keiran back to Uni.
