That looks like one of your best young sir. Congratulations (I am assuming you like that reading. If not commiserations)4.8 this morning
I was plied with some fine prosecco when I said "yes of course no problem" last night PM...she is such a good neighbour there was no question I'd do it...I imagine there will be quite a few laughs on the way home...good to hear you're feeling better...its been a rough few days...put those feet up & rest.wrap up warm on the “bike” run what a good friend you are!
Parrots eat them all?I have no idea how to pronounce paracetamol. Acetaminophen which is the same thing I can pronounce but have trouble spelling; I seem to be able to spell paracetamol but don't know how to pronounce it. Para (as in chute) - SEE-ta-moll? Para-SETT-a-moll? Para-SEAT-a-mole?
You probably told us and I forgot so where is that screenshot from please?. Supplementary question (s) is said device expensive to buy, then run and most importantly useful. I will test again soon (ish) but have stopped since mid December partly because for all the outlay I was learning very little except that regardless of what my finger prick tests said lab results come back 37/38. Please feel free to tell me to foxtrot Oscar.Good morning folks. Been up and down throughout the nigh; dripping nose, cough and bladder vying for attention.
These waking episodes seem to correlate with low blood sugars. No idea if it’s causal. 5.4 at 0823when I eventually dragged my sorry carcass downstairs. Tea. Must have more tea.

Thanks for that information. I am still unsure what usable information there would be for me. I know the data on rises and falls would be there but what I do then stumps me. I feel I am about at the limit of what I can tolerate as a diet from this WOE - frankly I find it a chore. I also don't think I need to lose more weight or do anything that could mess about with lipids so there seems little wriggle room there. My exercise regime is circumscribed by my genetically modified spine. Starting to feel my body has reached a set point but my own readings suggest lab tests should be quite a bit lower. However, ain't chasing lower numbers by eating in a way that is even more unacceptable. Glad you find the data useful and hope the man flu can be bravely borne. It’s called Freestyle Libra, made by Abbott. They provide a reader, a sensor which you stick to your arm with an applicator as well as an app that you can use with your phone. The screenshot is how it looks when you take a reading by holding your phone to the reader. The graph shows the previous 8 hours of reading. You can also show a 24 hour graph.
I buy my own but it’s not cheap to run, the sensor needs changing every 14 days at a cost of £58. Its useful for me at the moment as I like to take reading before and after eatin and exercising.
