Words to live by Karen, thank you :cat:

4.7 this morning! Surprised me that I am back to normal levels after the past few days. There again my FitBit did read me as having a solid 7 hours of sleep so that could have been the effect...

    14.6 this morning.
Completely my own fault. Went out for dinner last night. Had pudding.
    Then realised that I shouldn’t have :(

But it’s okay. I did it. Can’t go back. Today will be as carb/sugar free as possible and as water filled as possible

Not really. I need to find a way to stop myself from bingeing. Once I do that, I know I can sort this
Have my first appointment with Doc on 18th so will mention to him/her as well.

The best way to stop yourself Flic2019 is to read through the ‘complications’ of diabetes. Scary stuff.

6.6 for me this morning. Im going the wrong way now. I wasn't going to post but thought I would to show others we all get higher numbers from time to time and we don't always understand why! The only thing different is that I've tested later o_O:wacky:

I get those random highs sometimes. Often they seem to follow a day that was more stressful. I must admit that I also hate posting them.

Had my pump for 4 years , was a bit concerned about having it attached 24/7 but it's made a big difference to my control x
