Here we go again team, with another week starting off at 7.8
This is my first post for almost a week. I have been extremely busy over the last few days and have watched my numbers climbing slightly. My job is quite stressful and it is believed by many that stress can trigger higher numbers.
Which is why I am such an advocate of the benefits of meditation.
However I really should practice what I teach

@Ymdawd check out the Libre threads on the site, there are loads. Just activated my second sensor today.
Sometimes that can make a big difference what with DP and all..
My fbg this morning 4.9 after being 9.1 at bedtime. and being under 5.7 all yesterday till the evening keep saying it diabetes is a mystery to me at times.

been pump clinic basically got to wait 12 weeks for actual pump with various appointments inbetween
I did think that though my levels are been slightly higher past few days, can't workout why!

I have found the same Star. Ours is not to reason why? Ours is just to do or die... or 'just' lose a toe, or foot, or leg... or our eyesight or have a million and one other health issues that walk in our shadow waiting for us to stop doing what we know we should and catch us up.
