    It does that for me ( tho I don't often test before bed re cost of all this strips ) I think I must be sleep eating lol

    A nasty 9.2 at 7am ( own fault should have left those bread rolls alone ) then 3 hrs later ( no food ) it was down a more respectable 7.4.

    Heck that goes for all of you here, not been in here for a while but wanted to pop in to cheer you all on. Ended up with a 5.3 today, the stress of this week hitting along with a questionable meal timing yesterday but hey ho.

    6.1 for me this morning a lot higher than yesterday o_O woke up with stomach ache though and feeling shattered. :depressed: oh well, best get off to work :yuck:
