    Same reading as yesterday a 6.3 not sure why they are back in the 6’s because really making an effort ( I know it’s still very early days of effort making lol ) but was hoping to keep in the 5’s .

    6.3. Long lie in until 9:0. wheezing, and dreading the need to see doc. Trying to fix myself with steam menthol inhalations, so as to avoid steroid meds.
