    Woke to 7.3. That was after fasting most of yesterday, and only meal early evening was roast lamb and green veg.
    Been to gym and it is now 9.3. Going to sulk a bit as I scrutinize data to see if there are any developing trends.

    Snap 5.8 for me too. Thought it would be higher as I was still in the 6s 5 hours after my evening meal of oxtail stew which obviously didn't suit too well. Was delicious though.

    A most frustrating 7.7. Plus a cough, sore throat and very sore toe that I dropped a frozen chicken on yesterday.
    I know , what a misery! Going to put a dressing on toe and go for a wander in fresh air for a few hours to see if the tranquility of nature on an autumn morning as lovely as today can work some magic.

    Im getting there phil took bolus instead of basal last night and been on the high/low rollercoaster since x

    Makes me aware that having 7.6 this morning is a trivial annoyance.

    Thanks pipp back to a 6.4 now but im taking it easy as you suggest as have a banging headache i will try an never make that mistake again
