5.3 first thing then after not having breakfast till 3 hrs later it had risen to 7.6 ! all that stored glucose I guess, proving to myself that I need to eat soon after getting up ( preferably low carb)
Apologies for my ignorance but I'm recently diagnosed type 2 and am wondering what the FBS indicates and why i should keep an eye on it? What should I be looking for and what behaviour would it affect? Thanks.
