5.9 but that’s before 6am so plenty of time for dp to kick in with a vengeance.
@dawny1958 have you tried antihistamines? I get a similar rash early every spring/ summer it’s caused by the sun in my case but sun cream/ wearing long sleeves and Claritin help.

Morning all. Libre gave a 4.5 @ 6.05 (woke @ 5.30 when it showed 4.8 for some reason). Part of the lower readings is going from around 70k steps weekly first week of May to 170k last week with 2 weeks of 140k in between. Libre gives me a great guide as to when and how much to walk.

New Libre sensor today gave 5.2 reading finger prick was 4.8 either way I'm reasonably happy with that and both reading are not much different.

I find oppo ice-cream doesn't have a bad impact on my bs. (Sainsbury)
