What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

6.3 Well, I see this as proof positive that I’m achieving low and sustaining lowering fasting numbers in the face of Zombie Carbostiens: Yesterday - Breakfast Corn on the Cob; two slices of Lemon drizzle cake and evening meal of a baked Spud and cheese. In general and from 25th December I’ve “flirted” with the Zombie Carbostiens and have hit bumps in the road, but now, I feel I’m looking good for ‘21.
