4.1 this morning. 61 hours into fasting so this number is not really an achievement. I will be breaking my fast today and if hopefully reading tomorrow morning stays in 5.x then that will be happy times.

Thank you @ziggy_w. I seem to have ok results with chicken and veg soup for some reason considering its a higher carb content than I ususoally eat happy with the results. I also need to remember that little glass of whiskey which makes a difference but usually has a delayed reaction.

Either 4.2 when first awake or 4.8 2 hrs later - both Swipey so very salty. @DJC3 the grazing and disturbed sleep are hardly surprising - take it easy

Morning All. 5.9 on Swipey but 6.1 in the real world, was lower early but overslept by 45 mins. Thanks @ianpspurs pity Swipey isnt a fan of FFF.

5.9 this morning... so after eating day BG is sticking with 5s -YAY - even if its right at the edge. A good reading all things considered.
