Morning trying to sneak in with a 6.7 could be testing 90 mins late, too much meat off the bbq @ianpspurs you might be on to something or the last three mini eggs snaffled with a cup of coffee.

I bought a packet of the Cadbury mini eggs (speckled iced ones) and one of the Aero mini eggs to decorate my Easter cake. The Aero ones tasted like sugar lumps, horrid but the others were gorgeous! Glad they’re gone!

Dont mean to derail but FBG was high.

Still 6.0, with a hangover feeling, without having indulged. . Will perhaps try to have a glass of red withdinner, see if that fixes it.

5.1 mmoles very early this morning, then back to sleep. Some hours later arose and tested again, anticipating another [4me] good result.
Didnt happen,got 6.3mmoles/l then tested yet again to confirm, got 6.0 mmoles/l.Seems that my liver has lost the plot.

5.7 which is a lot better than I expected after a broken night’s sleep involving pocket calls from daughter on night shift and the panic that ensued when I couldn’t call her back.
