5.4 for me today -- a bit higher than I usually see, but not unexpected.

@becca59 -- Hugs for the hypo.
@PenguinMum -- Agreed, I also don't have the courage to attempt a hot cross bun (or anything similar carby).

6.0. Happy Easter. I am happy enough. Had 2nd covid vaccination. Feel too sleepy to be bothered with much, but have enjoyed Easter egg, a fried one with bacon mushrooms and sausage.

5.5 happy with that. Much as I love chocolate, I think Easter Eggs will be a lot easier to resist than the hot cross buns were. I’m not allowing them in the house next year.

Was fine an hour later, jelly baby just nudged me to 4. Usual brekkie with a unit less of insulin. Sat on a 5 for the rest of morning. Didn’t budge even with 4 mile walk. Roast lunch eaten all good. Thanks for asking.

5.1 on Swipey. Red meat, red wine (1/2 glass) so I knew what was coming but Julie likes a Sunday roast with wine. P:E with red meat will be a challenge. Starting out lc in 2015 I thought red meat, bacon, cheese, eggs - . Now - 2 bonuses - resting pulse unaffected, actually lower, weight 74.4 kgs.
