What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

7.8 - Yeah, Corn on the Cob breakfast and a bowl of SpagBol (Pasta) last night. I get it..... I’m a Diabetic- already. I’ll return to the “Land o’ 6s” by mid week. Moving on...
 
5.4 at 0410.

Went for a very gentle run at 0615 to see if the knee could take it. It’s a bit sore but nowhere near as bad as last week. I am hopeful I can carry on albeit at a reduced pace this week.
 
Morning All. Back in the stickies with 6.9 not due to food is all I know. Its stopped raining here!
 
@ziggy_w thanks and my pleasure. @PenguinMum hug for the mystery, yay for no rain. @DaPa welcome. Swipey definitely displayed 4.9 on waking but such is my disillusionment with this process I really don't know how good or bad that is or how to improve things by LC eating.

7.2 for me today - I had my 2nd vaccine yesterday so could be something to do with that or more likely because I pigged out the whole day yesterday (all low carb but sill a lot of food) just had a bottomless pit yesterday.
