4.4 this morning. On the low side of what I’d like (given a choice I’d go 4.8 - 5.2) but given the carby meal last night I’m more than happy.

Went to bed on a 5.3 and got up at 6am on a 5.3 so all the carb abstinence paying off

Morning All. 7.2 when I got up at 0700 agreed by Libre and finger test but I was 5.7 at 0530 when I woke up. So thats interesting! My liver seems to be on summertime. Had a steady line before 6 all night.

I did not mention but average day reading was again high for me too at about 6.5 for a fasting day, so this theory does hold some water in my humble opinion.
