Morning All. 7.2 when I got up at 0700 agreed by Libre and finger test but I was 5.7 at 0530 when I woke up. So thats interesting! My liver seems to be on summertime. Had a steady line before 6 all night.

I did not mention but average day reading was again high for me too at about 6.5 for a fasting day, so this theory does hold some water in my humble opinion.

6.3 this morning which is amazing, given that I had a full naan bread with my birthday Indian last night. I was expecting 7+.
