What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

7.2 this morning, but got married yesterday so was not exactly a good boy with respect to eating, I’ll take that FBG as a result.

Back to running reasonably normally , did an acceptable 6k yesterday.

HbA1c last week 41 , looks like I’ll be stopping the Metformin in the next two weeks.

6.8 at 6AM after the eating day yesterday. A bit higher than I expected but could be because my daughter and I were watching the movie " Black Widow" up until 1.30AM and then also we slept after getting scolding from mommy of the house.

5.2, no complaints. Weigh day today and was up 2lbs, hm. Trend is 5lbs loss for the month though, so trying to focus on that!

Congratulations @HeliGary on your marriage, can't believe you found time to go out running on your wedding day! Congrats for the HbA1c as well.
