4.3 on Swioey after a famiy BBQ - 2 Heck sausages for me. Boy are they salty. Just the thunder storms and Hog Roast to survive today @mojo37 attagirl for walking and lower meds.

7.2 this morning, but got married yesterday so was not exactly a good boy with respect to eating, I’ll take that FBG as a result.

Back to running reasonably normally , did an acceptable 6k yesterday.

HbA1c last week 41 , looks like I’ll be stopping the Metformin in the next two weeks.

6.8 at 6AM after the eating day yesterday. A bit higher than I expected but could be because my daughter and I were watching the movie " Black Widow" up until 1.30AM and then also we slept after getting scolding from mommy of the house.
