What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All. 7.1 this morning after an 18 hour fast after two course lunch yesterday. Was expecting better. @ianpspurs hug for rude awakening but glad all was ok.

Disappointing 7.0 this morning. No real reason why or at least nothing I can think of.

5.7 at 6AM with an overnight average of 6.0. No fasting yesterday too but we walked well over 15K steps during the course of the day.

I am beginning to think hot / warm weather is not great for diabetics... generally elevated BG levels all around.

Will be fasting today though.

Have a great start of the week everyone.

i am the opposite nutribolt i drop like a stone in the warmer weather despite reducing insulin x

Was a bit uncomfortable at that level but once I had some breakfast and included a small amount of carb I felt better.

Then I got a call from the doctor to inform me that he was changing my antibiotic again which was a bit of a drag.

Could also be that the only response that seems available in the App is a Like rather than all the others.
Yup, there’s that too. Time for an update, methinks? However I was thinking that a “like” was a support for that number for me. Difficult.

5.1 today. Supprised it dropped that low as i was 7.3 or 7.7 last night. Had a stressfull day as my dad was ill and had to take him to A and E last night

What a difference a day makes for @PenguinMum @DisFanJen hopefully @JohnEGreen and indeed anyone else who needs today to be better than yesterday - England cricket team? So I was 5.3 on Swipey at 1st go (7.02) can't cloak or disguise that as good enough for that method of measuring. Sleep length and score + resting pulse and weight all fine but this is a D control community so
