What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

5.7 at 6AM with an overnight average of 6.0. No fasting yesterday too but we walked well over 15K steps during the course of the day.

I am beginning to think hot / warm weather is not great for diabetics... generally elevated BG levels all around.

Will be fasting today though.

i am the opposite nutribolt i drop like a stone in the warmer weather despite reducing insulin x

Was a bit uncomfortable at that level but once I had some breakfast and included a small amount of carb I felt better.

Then I got a call from the doctor to inform me that he was changing my antibiotic again which was a bit of a drag.
 
5.1 today. Supprised it dropped that low as i was 7.3 or 7.7 last night. Had a stressfull day as my dad was ill and had to take him to A and E last night
 
What a difference a day makes for @PenguinMum @DisFanJen hopefully @JohnEGreen and indeed anyone else who needs today to be better than yesterday - England cricket team? So I was 5.3 on Swipey at 1st go (7.02) can't cloak or disguise that as good enough for that method of measuring. Sleep length and score + resting pulse and weight all fine but this is a D control community so
