Fasting levels are not a good predictor or necessarily a good indication of HbA1c as the fasting measurement is a snapshot of blood sugars at one specific time A1c gives a value for the average BS over several weeks and will be effected by levels between the individual tests you may have done.I have 5.2 fasting
and my hba1c is 57
I am doubting my glucose meter. Is this normal or you think I should get another test done for HBA1C
How I wish that true! But you are right, enough derailment back to FBGs.You look 20 years younger and they really suit you. We must stay on topic. Confidence, being comfortable in your own skin plays a huge part in fbg.
Hi coleslaw with raw peppers sliced. XHello everyone. 8.5 this morning. I wish I could find @SuNuman's post about the tasty snack that doesn't raise BG.
Welcome, @kiran1122 !
Thou I preferred it with crisps before diabetes lol. XHi coleslaw with raw peppers sliced. X

Mojo I also had a bad reaction to Astrazeneca with the first jab, and nearly didn't have the second because of how it affected me! I had the worst dizziness of my life that lasted for NINE days! Thankfully, after hesitating for six months, I had the second, and with no ill effects thank goodness xI had Astrazeneca and felt awful and had raised Bg .
Hmm ... should you even be in a cocktail lounge with all those tempting liquid carbsI’m here, every Matinee, live in the Elsoldo Hawaii Cocktail Lounge.
Colonel C. No good without a selfie5.4 this morning which is a relief after eating way too much air fried chicken. Found a recipe which purports to have discovered the 11 ‘secret herbs and spices’ in KFC
