@Ryhia do you have an air fryer? Pork chops done in one were a revelation to me. Ive also been trying ( and failing mostly) to clear space in my freezer but a bargain is a bargain!

Very true sometimes the harder you try the results just don't match the effort .Morning All. 6.8 despite eating supper an hour earlier than usual. Sometimes you just can’t win. Will try a stint at picking up leaves today in the vain hope…

Yay,5.9 this am so a woohoo think its down to a really good sleep more than carb control .
