What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Morning All. 6.7 so stopped on the hill but hopefully will be able to descend further. Well done everyone, all superstars to me. Stay safe, stay well.
 
7.1 today, that is after normal eating for the last few days (if not weeks).

5.5 Xmas day and 5.3 Boxing Day.

Back to running after a bit of rest with a disgruntled left leg (again).

What day is it ?

A number of posts have been deleted for going off-topic. Please bear in mind the purpose of the thread: reporting our fasting or waking blood glucose level and some short comment about whether we're ok with it or if not - why not?

8.6 - Highly disappointed and scared that I am, again, being reminded of my condition by this pricking procedure.

It's a mystery to me how I can be as high as 17.5 yesterday afternoon and then have a reading of 4.4 this morning.
 
4.7 today - decent night's sleep last night, one more than a little iffy food choice yesterday, but early enough that it doesn't seem to have carried over to today.

I'll take that.
