Very likely, and how well/poorly you sleptI ate the night before doesn't seem to bear any relation to my fasting reading. The amount of stress I am under does though
Hello, I am new to the forum and will like to learn the measurements posted. In the US my reading in the morning is around 100, which is within the normal range. In the UK measurements what is considered normal fasting measurement and also what is AIC reading to be considered diabetic. Thanksthis morning my fasting bg was 6.7 that is quite high for me as im usually between 4-6, however I had a rubbish nights sleep and I think might be the cause.
