6.3 this morning. Pleasantly suprised the small correction before bed did its job after a horribly miscalculated dinner. Before bed BGL 10.2 (i’ve chosen the lower of the two tests to confirm). ‍

4.9 last night on arrival at home from a week long course.

7.6 this morning.

Can’t run, ankle very unhappy, off to Physio on Monday morning to try and get it fixed.
