Morning all, 6.1 this morning and went to bed on 5.7. Early rise off for cycle with work colleague b4 we start work

6.5 this morning, has been around 5.2 on average for the last few days, did go out to a club meeting last night and ate two sausages around 9pm and had three pints of lime and soda water. Guess this gave me the slight fasting rise!

Or a slice of real lime or lemon! That's my go to as it looks like a more socially acceptable g&t and tastes quite nice if you squeeze the juice into the soda
