Not at the bottom right of the entire page but the message posting dialog box on each posting is a thumbs up symbol and the text "Like "

Morning All. Am away this week in a cute cottage on (very nearly) the Tamar estuary. Haven’t been testing FBG until this morning and it was 7.1. Its very abnormal eating differently and taking strong painkillers to keep the sciatica at bay. @ianpspurs and @Ryhia best wishes and thoughts for your treatments.
