Like for the post prandial bg and action plan. Hug for the long wait and what you had to eat to achieve the good bg.. My fbg 5.4 - too high for my liking but what can a fella do? I'm not eating that stuff, except mushrooms. Maybe poached eggs with smashed avocado on SLC toast for Brunch 11.a.m at the earliest. I learned my bg is the same, or lower, at the equivalent time breakfast or not so why waste food/calories/money/fuel?Did I mention I can’t lift my arm to wave, and have a long 36 week wait for treatment?
Oh, and I noticed the derail,@ianpspurs (you are such a bad influence on me) so to get back on track, I intend to increase walking, get to swimming pool and tread water while I am unable to swim, and eat smaller portions in my two daily meals, and have a small snack of cheese, before I go to sleep.
Happy to report that following a smaller than usual Sunday breakfast of egg, bacon, mushroom and sausage, without the usual half slice of toast BG dropped to 5.3.
