A jump to 7.6 this morning not sure why but it merely a blip ( hopefully ).My bg dropped to 4.2 yesterday after breakfast and a 3 mile walk too low for me but I must have used up my carbs ?

Mine was5.7mmol this morning and 8.9 going to bed am on lantus at night and fiasp at meal times. The result this morning good for me as been 3.9 and 11.2 during last month.Hello mates,
At a couple of the other forums I've frequented there was a thread like this one where we all sorta checked in each day, with our first cup of coffee or tea, and reported our fasting or waking blood glucose level and some short comment about whether we're ok with it or if not - why not?...
It worked well as a sort of 'first thread to check' each morning and post to.

consultant I saw yesterday said I need surgery, all booked in for this morning, so not much time to panic, at least stress & poor sleep doesn’t mess with my b/s
