You too and thanks for asking. Last week's retinal scan revealed no damage again so much as I hate Elsie maybe credit where credit is due - that was very hard for me to type. Jan 23rd and 24th are the next "interesting" days. Fun camera work via Mr Floppy one day and a CT scan the next. If the scan is steady as she goes I may try the gym since LC alone never helped me IMHO. and a real pain in the situpon for JKP. Take care.

Awful night's sleep. Not sure I had any sleep at all my mind was so active. Think I may have reacted to some coffee I had around 20:00 last night. Bloods on the other hand, seem to be better behaved than they have in recent days. 5.3 on the meter.

The term "big boned" lol repeatedly told this growing up!
6.6 on this wet, wild and horrid day! Absolutely foul weather surprised anyone wants their hair done to be honest. The only thing I like about this weather is I can catch the rain water and use it on my own hair, makes the curls stay!

My levels are usually 6.4 when I take two metformin and 5.9 if I start taking three metformin. I can’t get any skinnier and I avoid carbs, eg no carrots, rice, etc
My Hba1c is 5.6 so my doctor thinks all is good and two metformin is enough. She prescribed it because an apple took me to 8.8 mmm and my hunger levels were so high etc
When I get hungry I eat nuts.

Morning all , back in the 7's just with a fbg of 7.1
Bed was a 5.0 that's a 2 point swing.
I went on a 5km run yesterday evening and wondering if th fbg is a result of the pain I'm feeling in my leg for it. Who knows .
