FBG this morning was a disappointing 7.9 after a day of reasonably low carb , a 6 mile walk in the morning and a good night's sleep ! Frustrating but as we know this is Diabetes for you .

FBG 6.9 this am, which is better than I thought.

Dealing with the invasion of the giant flies this pm, I’m sure they’re low carb but I draw the line at consuming them.
