And it’s another 5.8 from me The second in a row. Pleased with that, had a good nights sleep and hopefully back pain is easing off. All good.

5.8 Would love to know what I did right. Yesterday it did go down to 4.0 before I did eat but it had been 6.3 fasting. Nothing makes any sense but pleased with this.

I usually have a very large mug of coffee for breakfast but this morning I fancied a small bowl of cottage cheese, only a couple of desert spoon but it hit the spot.

6.2 this morning happy enough with that

Today I am 5.8. Attributable to the fish dinner, although I did sneak in a small portion of icecream. Comfort eating, my back is playing up and very uncomfortable at the moment. Can't seem to sit or stand without something hurting. Must have overdone the exercise on Sunday. But at least my FBG is holding good. I have my first A1c review on Thursday, so want to be on form.

Hope it goes well tomorrow and you get the result your efforts deserve.

Tis Thursday, and FBG was 5.4 at 6.30am. Which is good for me.

Worked late last night & didn’t feel hungry by the time I got back - soup & cheese hit the spot. Will see what my numbers have done later.
