What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

It takes time @ChrisT2. It doesn't improve overnight.

Are you doing all you can to keep carb intake low ... ish?
Back in the day I never really measured carb intake or anything else for that matter. For last 3 weeks been measuring carbs and usually around 150g per day sometimes lower. A bit late to the low carb party.

Evening @ChrisT2. Do you keep a food diary? It's easy to overlook the odd item here and there if you rely solely om memory.
Good morning, yes I use My FitnessPal and have started to weigh things wherever I can. My wife thinks I am becoming an OCD obsessive but I am determined to get to grips with lowering blood sugar. However it is proving elusive and not following any pattern so far.

FBG 5.1 this morning, tested again 5.5 so going to take the average which brings us to 5.3. Don't know where that came but very happy with it particularly as I had a very bad night, I was feeling nauseous and just meh all over. I had my laptop on my knees most of the evening which was the reason for the achiness as it causes my knees to go numb and gives me restless legs. When will I ever learn.

Happy day to you all. :)
