Morning All. Not sure I posted yesterday but it was 7.5 today a more pleasing 6.6 due to the warm weather “catterpillar diet” (@ChrisT2 love it) and booking my A1c blood test for 3 weeks time. Hugs to all who would like them. @RosemaryJackson hope all is good with you? Same to @Ashybang.
Eye injection for me today….yuck….even if it helps me

Yesterday 6.1 today 6.5. These higher numbers are making me very nervous coming up to A1c time. From what I have been monitoring, I know my averages are not good this year so its going to be very close run thing. Wishing you all well in your quest for your own ideal "target" numbers and special hugs to @RD02 who is not feeling well.

Late post but dropped back in the 5’s this morning with a 5.8 even though I have a cold. Tested and it’s not Covid. Funny how a little cold can play havoc with blood glucose readings. Have had to increase food ratio / insulin by 5 carbs less.

Hello mates,
At a couple of the other forums I've frequented there was a thread like this one where we all sorta checked in each day, with our first cup of coffee or tea, and reported our fasting or waking blood glucose level and some short comment about whether we're ok with it or if not - why not?...

It worked well as a sort of 'first thread to check' each morning and post to.

I'll start.

This morning was a 5.6mmol for me. That's about normal for me

What about you?
I was 8 before injecting. That's normal for me. I'm type 2 on a regime of long lasting and rapid insulin.
